Brent crude rose to a nine-month high as the U.S. weighed military options against Islamic militants in Iraq. Brent for August settlement added 51 cents, or 0.5 percent, to $113.45 a barrel on the ICE Futures Europe exchange, the highest closing price for a front-month contract since Sept. 9. Source
