Firefox has hit some hards times. After losing much of its subscription base and a deal with Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) the company is contemplating running ads for revenue. However, things might just have gotten worst for the web browser. Without Adobe Flash Firefox users cannot run some websites like Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX). According to CNN, Firefox blocked Adobe Flash due to security problems with the application. The day before Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) called for Adobe to stop supporting the application. "To be clear, Flash is only blocked until Adobe releases a version which isn't being actively exploited by publicly known vulnerabilities." Mark Schmidt, Mozilla's support chief said.
