Japan Display Inc., a screen supplier for Apple Inc. devices, is seeking to raise 389.3 billion yen in its IPO. The company will sell 140 million new shares at 900 to 1,100 yen a share. Sony, an investor in the company, is offering 213.9 million shares at the same price range. "Japan Display' share of small and medium sized panel market is high and there are few players," said Mitsushige Akino, Chief Fund Manger at Ichiyoshi Asset Management Co. in Tokyo.
