First, Rite Aid's $RAD PBM already has a "transparent" model (with respect to drug pricing). The PBMs earn only from a charged fee. It does not do so through rebates and therefore RAD is not subjected to the latest government review on them. $WBA and $CVS cannot claim such. Gov't scrutiny will pressure the stock in the near-term. RAD could be a good hedge against governmental risks. Second, Consumer Reports very recently rated various drug outlets. Rite Aid was rated higher than Walgreens and CVS. CR polled results are based on their annual survey of their subscribers.RAD PT $1.00. $RAD, Rite Aid Corporation / H1 $WBA, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. / H1 CVS: $CVS, CVS Health Corporation / H1
