BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), the investment management firm reported an increase in third-quarter profits of 15 percent. Net income for the quarter increased $4.21 per share, which is equivalent to $730 million. Compared to the same period last year, it is a 15 percent increase. In addition, more customers are putting money in the company’s ETFs and mutual funds. According to the New York Times, the company now has $4 trillion under management. In this quarter alone, investors added a combined $25.4 billion into the company.
