Athletic brand, Lululemon (NASDAQ: LULU) is yet again recalling a product, but this time not for customer satisfaction, but because the product is actually a danger to wearers. According to CNN Money, the brand is recalling more than 300,000 women's tops because of reported injuries caused by the hard-tipped drawstrings. Seven incidents were reported, each resulting in injuries to the face and eyes. CNN reports that the end of the elastic drawstring around the neck area can snap back and hit wearers in the face resulting in injury. The recall applies to 133,000 tops in the U.S. and 185,000 in Canada. This is not the first time Lululemon recalled a product in recent memory. Just last year, the company pulled a certain yoga legging from its stores because it was completely transparent. For more business and financial news, click here.
