During an internal quality review, Chrysler (NYSE: FCAU) discovered an error in the assembly that could cause a component in Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango SUVs to break, leaving the driver with "rear-end instability and/or reduced braking power" according to the company's statement CNN Money reports the cars included in the recall are Model-year 2015 and were assembled from June 12 through June 20. Fiat Chrysler stated that only 65 of the vehicles are currently on the road, but a possible recall of more than 7,600 vehicle produced in the same eight-day period may be issues. Fiat Chrysler urges owners of these vehicles to stop driving these cars immediately and get inspected. Since the initial discovery of the issue, the company resolved the problem.
