These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Limex Challenges (the "Contest"), hosted by Lime FinTech, LLC, having its principal place of business at 1 Penn Plaza 16th Floor, New York, NY (the “Company”).
By submitting your entry or accessing any materials related to the Contest, including but not limited to the Demo-trading platform, API, and associated community forums, you agree to comply fully with and be bound by these Terms.

Your participation in the Contest constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms, as well as any additional rules, guidelines, or instructions provided by the Company during the Contest period. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to participate in the Contest or use any of the associated platforms or services.

Participants are required to demonstrate their trading skills using the API provided by Lime Trading and its Demo-trading platform.
Key requirements include:

• Setting proper profit targets and managing risk effectively.
• Providing regular, transparent, and professional analysis of your trading decisions on Limex.

Winners will be selected based on performance in one of two categories:

1. Best Sharpe Ratio (annualized) , or
2. Most Valuable Analyst during the Contest.

Category 1: Best Sharpe Ratio (annualized)

The winner will be determined based on the Sharpe Ratio (annualized) , calculated as follows:

$S = \frac{\text{Average daily return} - \text{Risk-free rate (daily)}}{\text{Standard deviation of daily returns} + 0.002} \times \sqrt{252}$


This metric rewards stable and sustainable trading strategies by penalizing excessive volatility.

Category 2: Most Valuable Analyst

The winner will be chosen based on:

• The quality, depth, and professionalism of their analysis.
• Consistent and constructive contributions to the Limex Community.
• Clarity and transparency in explaining trading decisions and outcomes.

Judges appointed by Limex will evaluate all submissions. Their decisions are final and binding.

A total prize pool of $3,500 shall be awarded and distributed as follows:

• $1,000 – Awarded to the participant who secures 1st place in the Best Sharpe Ratio category.
• $1,000 – Awarded to the participant designated as the Most Valuable Analyst based on the competition’s evaluation criteria.
• $700 – Awarded to the participant who secures 2nd place in the Best Sharpe Ratio category.
• $500 – Awarded to the participant who secures 3rd place in the Best Sharpe Ratio category.
• $200 – Awarded to the participant who secures 4th place in the Best Sharpe Ratio category.
• $100 – Awarded to the participant who secures 5th place in the Best Sharpe Ratio category.

All prize awards are subject to compliance with the official rules and terms of the competition, as well as any applicable local, state, federal, or international taxes, deductions, or withholding requirements as mandated by law. The competition organizers reserve the right to verify participants' eligibility prior to prize distribution and to modify or revoke awards in cases of rule violations or other disqualifying circumstances.

Limex reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:

• These Terms & Conditions are breached.
• There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Contest.
• The participant engages in pre-arranged transactions.
• The Contestant acts in bad faith, or in a way that is not in the spirit of the Contest;
• The Contestant uses several accounts registered under different emails on Demo-trading platform during the Contest

Disqualified participants forfeit their right to claim any rewards.

You will receive login credentials (username, password, and token) to access the Demo-trading platform. You must:

• Keep these credentials confidential.
• Not share them with anyone.
• Notify Limex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content on the Limex Challenges Website, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of Limex or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limex is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Contest or use of the Website. This includes losses due to technical issues, errors, or unauthorized access.

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limex, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or abusive actions during the Contest.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York . Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York.

Limex reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
